You want an independent, unbiased product report?
I'm not going to lie to you. That's hard to do because I won't recommend a product or service to anyone unless I use or have used it myself.
In fact I won't recommend anything until it passes the "grandma/best friend" test (meaning if I'm willing to tell my grandma and best friend about how great the product or service is) then and only then will I'll pass the same information to you.
Our goal here is to provide facts, profiles, and unfiltered consumer feedback (including autoresponder complaints) of every major product in the autoresponder industry so that you can make a more informed decision about which auto responder is best for you.
When choosing an auto responder, it's important to weigh all the facts before making a decision. Here's why. You don't want to build a list of thousands of subscribers and have to change autoresponders a year or two down the road. It's not fun to ask your subscribers to opt in all over again. So do your due diligence and choose wisely.

- How long has the autoresponder service been in business?
- How many clients do business with the autoresponder service?
- What kind of support does the autoresponder service offer you?
- How difficult or easy is it to learn to use the autoresponder service?
- Is the service respected in the industry as a leader? Even by its competitors?
- Are there any restrictions to using the service? (ie: allowed just one list, no html email text only, 10 messages per month)
